Esther 3:8

SV	Want Haman had tot den koning Ahasveros gezegd: Er is een volk, verstrooid en verdeeld onder de volken in al de landschappen uws koninkrijks; en hun wetten zijn verscheiden van [de wetten] aller volken; ook doen zij des konings wetten niet; daarom is het den koning niet oorbaar hen te laten blijven.
WLC	וַיֹּ֤אמֶר הָמָן֙ לַמֶּ֣לֶךְ אֲחַשְׁוֵרֹ֔ושׁ יֶשְׁנֹ֣ו עַם־אֶחָ֗ד מְפֻזָּ֤ר וּמְפֹרָד֙ בֵּ֣ין הָֽעַמִּ֔ים בְּכֹ֖ל מְדִינֹ֣ות מַלְכוּתֶ֑ךָ וְדָתֵיהֶ֞ם שֹׁנֹ֣ות מִכָּל־עָ֗ם וְאֶת־דָּתֵ֤י הַמֶּ֙לֶךְ֙ אֵינָ֣ם עֹשִׂ֔ים וְלַמֶּ֥לֶךְ אֵין־שֹׁוֶ֖ה לְהַנִּיחָֽם׃
Trans.	wayyō’mer hāmān lammeleḵə ’ăḥašəwērwōš yešənwō ‘am-’eḥāḏ məfuzzār ûməfōrāḏ bên hā‘ammîm bəḵōl məḏînwōṯ maləḵûṯeḵā wəḏāṯêhem šōnwōṯ mikāl-‘ām wə’eṯ-dāṯê hammeleḵə ’ênām ‘ōśîm wəlammeleḵə ’ên-šwōeh ləhannîḥām:

AC	ח ויאמר המן למלך אחשורוש--ישנו עם אחד מפזר ומפרד בין העמים בכל מדינות מלכותך ודתיהם שנות מכל עם ואת דתי המלך אינם עשים ולמלך אין שוה להניחם
ASV	And Haman said unto king Ahasuerus, There is a certain people scattered abroad and dispersed among the peoples in all the provinces of thy kingdom; and their laws are diverse from [those of] every people; neither keep they the king's laws: therefore it is not for the king's profit to suffer them.
BE	And Haman said to King Ahasuerus, There is a certain nation living here and there in small groups among the people in all the divisions of your kingdom; their laws are different from those of any other nation, and they do not keep the king's laws: for this reason it is not right for the king to let them be.
Darby	And Haman said to king Ahasuerus, There is a people scattered abroad and dispersed among the peoples in all the provinces of thy kingdom; and their laws are diverse from [those of] every people, and they keep not the king's laws; and it is not for the king's profit to suffer them.
ELB05	Und Haman sprach zu dem König Ahasveros: Da ist ein Volk, zerstreut und abgesondert unter den Völkern in allen Landschaften deines Königreiches; und ihre Gesetze sind von denen jedes anderen Volkes verschieden, und die Gesetze des Königs tun sie nicht; und es ist für den König nicht geziemend, sie gewähren zu lassen.
LSG	Alors Haman dit au roi Assuérus: Il y a dans toutes les provinces de ton royaume un peuple dispersé et à part parmi les peuples, ayant des lois différentes de celles de tous les peuples et n'observant point les lois du roi. Il n'est pas dans l'intérêt du roi de le laisser en repos.
Sch	Und Haman sprach zum König Ahasveros: Es gibt ein Volk, das lebt zerstreut und abgesondert unter allen Völkern in allen Provinzen deines Königreichs, und ihr Gesetz ist anders als dasjenige aller Völker, und sie tun nicht nach des Königs Gesetzen; also daß es dem König nicht geziemt, sie in Ruhe zu lassen!
